Great little gem of a find! Stopped to eat lunch and found a great place with very friendly staff. Good value for the food, and it's comfort food. Will return when we pass thru this area!
Outstanding food and service, very upscale place with really good prices/quantity/quality, very polite and helpful hostesses. Definately will be back often!
Went here for the first time for lunch. They are only open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Ordered the shrimp and grits, which was very delicious. My husband got the catfish with fries and slaw, and that too was very good. It's very clean and the service was great. There is also a section for bigger parties. They have a good selection. Prices are ok. The parking lot has plenty of room to park. They even have a little gift shop. I highly recommend this place. They are serving breakfast now, not too bad.
This place is easily the most underrated restaurant in Murphy! Low prices and great home cooked meals! Staff is friendly and always greats you with a smile! Love me some southern hospitality and this place is full of it!
The sweet ladies working here will make you feel right at home. The food is very good and hot! There is lots of cute merchandise to shop from. They even sell blankets if you have left yours at home.
We were traveling and decided to try Comfort Grub. It had adequate parking, was very clean and had a very friendly staff. I had the Reuben Sandwich which was really one of the best I’ve ever had and my husband had the fried magi basket and he said it was great. We will definitely be back next time we visit.
Had lunch twice while visiting Murphy, NC and both times the food was tasty. The staff was very friendly and service was fast. I recommend Comfort Grub to all whenever in town. The only downside is they are only open 3 days a week. It's a shame they are not open 7 days. I had the Reuben sandwich with potatoes salad which was really good. On my next visit I had a Cheese burger with French fries which was also delicious.
I had the BEST Ruben sandwich! They add "our homemade sweet red kraut" that's why it is the BEST. My husband had the grilled triple cheese sandwich. We both had the potato salad as our side. We were both very happy with our food.
